How to place an order

Use the menu on the left hand side to view our range of footstools

To add items to your shopping basket, use the "Order" section at the bottom of the products page

- Pick the fabric style and colour

- Pick the leg style and the required finish

- Enter the quantity

- Click the "Add Item" button

If you wish to add more stools, either in a different style or with a different fabric and leg combination, simply navigate to that product page and repeat the process of selection.

Each time you add an item you will be directed to the shopping basket where you can check the contents. You can remove individual selections or if you want to change the selected quantity of the line items, alter their quality then click the "Re-calculate" button, found directly beneath the quantity column.

When you are happy with your selection, double check the products listed in the shopping basket, then click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

On the checkout page you will see the total transaction value and an estimated delivery date. Please read through and agree to the terms & conditions of sale before clicking on the "Payment" button.

Follow the instructions on the payment pages to complete your order.

How to obtain fabric samples

Our website provides various images depicting example products and images of all available fabric choices are shown when selecting to add a product to the shopping basket. However you may feel that you would like to see the fabric for yourself before buying. Note also that your computer monitor may not precisely reproduce the colours of the sample images.

To request a fabric sample, note down the name of the fabric style and colour you would like to receive. Then send an email to enquiries@footstoolstudio.co.uk or complete this web form providing your name and address and the fabric you require.

It may also be useful if you supply an email address or phone number in case there are problems with your request.

We may supply your address to our fabric supplier in order to have the sample sent to you directly, however your details will only be used to service your request and will not be used for any other purpose.
